Six unbaked & frozen croissants! Choice of plain or chocolate
Baking Instructions
Remove from freezer and place in fridge 12 hours before baking. Place on parchment paper and cover with plastic wrap. Proof at room temperature for 2-3 hours or until doubled in size and layers begin to separate. Brush with egg wash (1 egg & 1/4 cup heavy cream or milk). Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, rotate pan and bake for an additional 15 or until golden brown.
