Baking Instructions
Proofing Option 1: Remove from freezer and place in the fridge 12 hours before baking. After 12 hours, place croissants on parchment paper and cover with plastic wrap. Proof at room temperature for 2-3 hours or until doubled in size and layers begin to separate
Proofing option 2: Place frozen croissants on the counter at room temperature overnight (10-12 hours) and allow to proof until doubled in size.
Brush with egg wash (1 egg & 1/4 cup heavy cream or milk). Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, rotate pan and bake for an additional 15 or until golden brown.
