Bakehouse 23 Events is your go-to coffee and bakery food trailer for weddings, parties, corporate gatherings, and special occasions of all kinds!

We serve handcrafted espresso drinks, fresh-from-the-oven pastries, and sweet treats that add warmth, flavor, and charm to any event. Whether you’re planning a sunrise ceremony or an evening celebration, we bring the perfect blend of comfort and class — no hassle, just delicious memories.

Fully Prepaid Packages:

• Small Event: 0-100 Guests with 2 hours of service, $650 (max 100 drinks). Includes 2 baristas.

• Medium Event: 100-200 guests with 2 hours of service, $1220 (max 200 drinks). Includes 3 baristas.

• Large Event: 200-300 Guests with 2 hours of service, $1770 (max 300 drinks).

• All drinks are 16 oz. available hot or iced. Pastries and other bakery items can be added on as well!

• Additional hours of service are $150 per hour.

• Travel charges may be added if more than 20 miles away.

Pay by the Order (drinks only):

• Have each guest order & pay for their drinks.

• Bakery items must be preordered if desired.

• Must meet our $350 of sales per hour of service (with 2-hour minimum) to book. If sales do not meet this minimum, the difference will be invoiced after the event.

Somewhere in between? Prepay for certain drinks with a cash bar for the rest!
